Villa Ti-Art

The Ti-Art Villa is a spacious luxury contemporary villa with traditional Balinese elements and several buildings: Living, sleeping house, open and covered kitchen, bale benong, studio and staff house. The villa is located on the quiet authentic Balinese jalan Padang Galak outside the tourist crowds, a 7-10 minute drive from the center of Sanur and about 400 meters from the mysterious abandoned Taman Festival Park and the beach of Padang Galak. This beach is often used for ceremonies and is known for kite festivals in July and August. The sea can be rough here and is not suitable for swimming, but a little further south near the center of Sanur the sea is calm due to the presence of a sandbank. In the other direction, within walking distance of the villa, is the Margot Riverside restaurant with both Asian and Western dishes. The Ti-Art Villa has a private area of ​​2300 m2 with a uniquely landscaped tropical sculpture garden, a swimming pool and a “Bale Benong” for reading or relaxing. Sculptor Tineke Vermeer spent 12 years alternating between 3 months in the Ti-Art Villa in Bali and 3 months in the Netherlands. During that time she created the current Ti-Art Villa.

The Ti-Art Villa has an artistically decorated open Living (140 m2) with a kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, toilet, sink and a bedroom with two single beds. Adjoining a covered terrace (60 m2) with a table and 8 chairs. The other 3 bedrooms – each with a double bed – and two bathrooms are located in the adjacent sleeping house. The closed fully equipped kitchen with covered terrace is also separate with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is kidney-shaped (5 x 8.5 meters) and has stairs and a maximum depth of 1.60 meters. Seat cushions, mattresses and towels are provided. From Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm our head housekeeper Kadek is present, she takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa. If desired, she can prepare a delicious Indonesian meal for you at cost price. Private driver Agous is available on call for a fee. Agous has been organizing trips and excursions for 20 years and will show you the real Bali. There are also four free bicycles at the villa with which guests can explore Sanur and the surrounding area.

If you rent the villa, you rent the entire property. So there will be no other guests present at the same time. The bedroom in the living room may be given a different purpose. Therefore, please consult if you want to use that room.
Finally, it should be mentioned that there is a cat and a sweet and quiet dog present. The animals are cared for by the staff.
