We absolutely LOVED this place. We booked it last minute due to our original booking not working out – and the host was immediately answering, helping us find our ways made our check in she smooth. The host and employees went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, from chopping us fresh fruit in the evening, to helping us book a driver, he always answered and assisted. The pool was spotless, the room was clean, and the AC was wonderful. We would highly reccomendation this host and Asmara to anyone. What a hidden gem!
We had a wonderful stay. Highlights included the personal attention, available almost around the clock for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Laundry was taken care of in-house—many thanks, Puji! A dreamlike view of the sea (though with very high waves). Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.
We had a wonderful time with our four teenagers. The welcome by the team, who took amazing care of us and truly spoiled us during our stay, was absolutely fantastic. Our initial concern that the house, the pool, or the view might not live up to the photos turned out to be completely unfounded—everything is beautiful, extremely well maintained, and exactly as shown in the listing.
The pool is fantastic: perfect for relaxing, great fun for the kids, and even ideal for our pool-based diving lessons. There isn’t much to do within walking distance in the area, so we very easily rented scooters that were delivered directly to the house and picked up again afterward.
We were completely satisfied and would have loved to stay longer. The only small downside is the beach, which isn’t very inviting for swimming in the sea as it’s not very clean. Thanks to the incredibly large pool, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Beach walks are still very beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Exceptional!! From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect! The house fully matched the photos, was incredibly beautiful and spotless, and the surroundings were stunning. Had a wonderful stay at Lumbung Asmara. Owner and their staff were one of the friendliest I’ve ever met and they showed great hospitality. Room and shower were clean and had plenty of amenities, and the location was also great with only a short walk to the beachside. A perfect stay in Lovina!
The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Food was amazing prepped by Komang. We went fishing and she made our catch in multiple different ways for a number of days. The house was always clean when we came back from adventures. Juli our driver and Komang had so many great recommendations and set up all of our adventures. The pool was so big and beautiful. Decorated in flowers. Only thing that was tough for us was that the river was right next to the property and ran into the ocean. Our kids have sensitive skin and when they were in the water at the property they both got a rash. Not a big deal if you don’t have sensitive skin. The water and beach was still beautiful. Everything was so wonderful and we will recommend the house to anyone who needs a suggestion for places.
We had an amazing time staying at Bebayu Beachvilla, Ayu and her team were very helpful and completely accomodating. They helped us to organise a scooter to get around Amed and also transport from Denpasar airport to the accomodation when we arrived. I would strongly recommend staying here and look forward to again in the future
We had a really great stay at Villa Mimpi. The inside and outside space of the villa is overwhelming which means this villa offere a lot privacy. We enjoyed the very large swimming pool and it was a luxury to be able to walk onto the beach from the garden. And certainly not to forget: the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. When we will come back to Amed we hope to stay here again. Raymond
Perfect to escape the rainy weather in the interior of the island. We were warmly welcomed; all our questions and wishes were immediately taken care of and arranged (scooter, etc.). I was feeling a bit unwell and, without me having to say anything, medication was arranged right away. The ordered food was prepared and served on site by the friendly team of three people. Afterwards, they politely said goodbye so we could have our privacy. Of course, there were also geckos, spiders, etc. on the property, but hopefully everyone understands that this simply comes with Bali. I can only highly recommend it 😃
New villa with 6 rooms, very tasty and varied breakfast! I advise everyone. Cleanliness, the owner together with the staff takes care of and monitors cleanliness and order. I liked it very much. They rent new bikes for the usual price and helmets, help with the registration of dolphin viewing tours, excellent exchange rate.Super service

This year also carried some sadness, as my dad passed away just before this trip (10-4-’46 – 8-9-2023). Yet, surrounded by you and your loving care, I sometimes felt a little better—there was room to laugh and to breathe again. Together, we were able to enjoy small moments of happiness once more, and you made space for that too.
We will miss you all dearly, but we truly hope to be back again next year! 💛

Our stay at Villa Bebayu in Amed was nothing short of exceptional. The property is absolutely stunning, an enormous swimming pool right on the oceanfront, an immaculately maintained garden, and spacious, spotless rooms that offer both comfort and privacy. This villa is the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. Its serene location ensures total tranquility while still being only a short drive from some of Amed’s most renowned snorkeling spots. Special thanks to Ayu, the manager, and her dedicated team. They were consistently warm, responsive, and highly professional throughout our stay. Their colossal effort to keep the villa pristine does not go unnoticed and truly elevates the guest experience. Villa Bebayu is a little slice of paradise, ideal for travelers seeking a peaceful, well-kept, and authentic retreat on Bali’s northeast coast. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and were blown away with our experience. The place itself, the rooms, the staff and the breakfast was sensational! Everything is brand new and nice touches everywhere including a welcome gift.
The shower was amazing and the pool to die for! They also had a mini bar and beach towels in the room. They were so hospitable they even put a desk and office chair with a lamp in my room as they knew I needed it for work – so thoughtful!
We loved chatting to the owner and the staff they were all so so lovely and kind. They wished us a beautiful farewell when we left, leaving us feeling like we had made new friends here. Thank you! 🤍🩵🤍🩵
The villa has staff there to meet you and settle you in to the property. The staff are there to help you every day and to provide delicious meals when ordered. The furnishings were modern and gave the villa lots of style. The Villa is on the water with great views, but away from the busy streets and main centre of town. A great place to rest and recharge, but not in walking distance to much. Wi-Fi worked well too.
Not in walking distance to things, so you need to get a taxi to get to places, but this was fine with us as we just wanted to recharge our batteries and spend quality time together.

Best in Bali. If you are looking for the peace and beauty of East Bali and traveling as a family (we were six), look no further. The photos and website reflect reality. It is simply fantastic here. And above all, the people. Anik and her team are just amazing. For breakfast, dinner, and sometimes lunch, everything exceeded our expectations. The driver, Ari, also deserves a special mention. Helpful, good in English, friendly and chatty, drives safely … when I stay at the Four Seasons or Mandarin I expect all of this. But to get it for this price is simply incredible. Hopefully no further construction will happen here…

I spent 4 nights in early August in Abang with my partner and our two children. We had a wonderful stay. The house is peaceful, very clean, and pleasant. On site, Ayu and her colleague made sure everything went perfectly — from cleaning to delicious à la carte meals. We truly enjoyed every bite!
The house is right by the sea, so we made the most of the beautiful pool and enjoyed walks along the beach. There’s also a great restaurant (Seeds) within walking distance. We rented scooters to explore the area, as there isn’t much to do on foot. The road leading to the house is quite steep by scooter, but manageable.
Ayu also arranged Balinese massages for us, as well as a fishing and snorkeling excursion. A perfect stay overall — a big thank you again to both of you!

You choose this house for the outdoor space! The pool is better in person, if possible. The aircon in the rooms worked great. Having someone cook was also amazing as it was far cheaper than eating out. Eating out was not pricey either and we really enjoyed Spice Beach Club with our 3 kids-11, 8, and 3. There is a guidebook when you get there with lots of information! It helped a lot and I wish I could have see it online before as I could have planned a bit better. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling on Menjangen Island and the Dolphin excursion. We used an outside company for the snorkeling and were very happy. That being said people will try to sell you goods from the beach. I didn’t mind this as they were handmade items however, my advice is not to take the first offer and honestly send them away the first day as you’ll get a better deal. Don’t feel guilty either. The location, though 4 hours from the airport, was amazing and I’d recommend all to stay on the north side of Bali!
