The space
Loka Residence is a luxury villa with 5 bedrooms, a large private swimming pool and a spacious garden of nearly 2000 m², right on the Bali Sea. You can rent our special dream villa for a wonderful holiday and enjoy everything that North Bali has to offer. For those seeking peace, comfort and authenticity, the location on the beach of North Bali, close to Lovina, is perfect. Our fantastic staff speak reasonable English and are fully at your disposal to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Our housekeeper is happy to cook the most delicious Indonesian meals for you.
Facilities
The main building houses 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (3 with king-size beds and 1 with 2 single beds). The romantic annex contains an additional bedroom (with king-size bed) with its own bathroom. The villa has a large living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen and even a pool table. The house is fitted with every luxury and comfort; the beds have fantastic mattresses, high-quality bedding and beach towels.
The swimming pool is large and deep enough to take diving lessons in. SUP boards are also available for guests, as well as a massage table.

Loka Residence is located on the beach of Lokapaksa, about 2–3 km from the town of Seririt. Lovina is around a 20-minute drive away.
From the villa you can take a boat straight out onto the water to see the famous dolphins of Lovina. We also highly recommend diving and snorkeling at Menjangan Island, to the west of the villa.
Getting around
A short 5-minute walk brings you to a small shop with drinks and snacks. More dining options can be found along the beach (about a 1 km walk).
In Lovina you’ll find a wide choice of restaurants, about a 20-minute drive away.
A driver/guide with car is available on request.
