The space
Loka Residence is a luxury villa with 5 bedrooms, a large private swimming pool and a spacious garden of nearly 2000 m², right on the Bali Sea. You can rent our special dream villa for a wonderful holiday and enjoy everything that North Bali has to offer. For those seeking peace, comfort and authenticity, the location on the beach of North Bali, close to Lovina, is perfect. Our fantastic staff speak reasonable English and are fully at your disposal to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Our housekeeper is happy to cook the most delicious Indonesian meals for you.
Facilities
The main building houses 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (3 with king-size beds and 1 with 2 single beds). The romantic annex contains an additional bedroom (with king-size bed) with its own bathroom. The villa has a large living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen and even a pool table. The house is fitted with every luxury and comfort; the beds have fantastic mattresses, high-quality bedding and beach towels.
The swimming pool is large and deep enough to take diving lessons in. SUP boards are also available for guests, as well as a massage table.

Loka Residence is located on the beach of Lokapaksa, about 2–3 km from the town of Seririt. Lovina is around a 20-minute drive away.
From the villa you can take a boat straight out onto the water to see the famous dolphins of Lovina. We also highly recommend diving and snorkeling at Menjangan Island, to the west of the villa.
Getting around
A short 5-minute walk brings you to a small shop with drinks and snacks. More dining options can be found along the beach (about a 1 km walk).
In Lovina you’ll find a wide choice of restaurants, about a 20-minute drive away.
A driver/guide with car is available on request.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront villa in Bali. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The villa itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and luxurious throughout our stay.
The staff made the experience truly exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and always available whenever we needed something. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Bali. We would love to come back again!
JANUARY 2026
We had a wonderful time with our four teenagers. The welcome from the team, who took fantastic care of us and spoiled us during our stay, was simply great. Our initial worry that the house, the pool or the view wouldn’t live up to the photos turned out to be completely unfounded: everything is beautiful, extremely well maintained and exactly as in the photos in the listing.
The pool is fantastic: perfect for relaxing, for the children to play in and even ideal for our diving lessons in the pool. There isn’t a lot to do in the area on foot, so we simply rented scooters, which were delivered directly to the house and picked up again.
We were completely satisfied and would have gladly stayed longer. The only small downside is the beach, which isn’t really inviting for swimming in the sea because it isn’t very clean. Thanks to the incredibly large pool, however, that was no problem for us. The beach walks are very beautiful though. Thank you!!

You choose this house for the outdoor space! The pool is even better in real life, if that’s even possible. The air conditioning in the rooms worked excellently. It was also fantastic that someone cooked for us, and it was much cheaper than eating out as well. Eating out wasn’t expensive either, by the way, and we really enjoyed ourselves at Spice Beach Club with our three children aged 11, 8 and 3.
There is a guide in the house with a lot of useful information! It was super handy. I wish I could have seen it online beforehand to plan better. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling at Menjangan Island and the dolphin tour. For the snorkeling we used an external organization, and that was a fine experience.
People on the beach do sometimes try to sell their goods. I didn’t mind, because they were handmade products, but my tip is not to accept the first offer, and to politely send them away on the first day if you like. The next day you’ll get a better price anyway. And don’t feel guilty about it!
The location, although a four-hour drive from the airport, was great, and I can recommend anyone to stay on the north side of Bali!
